Nethen Ciclimancic Bulb

The Nethen Ciclimancic bulb is a purple glass bulb on the end of a glass thimble type device which one would use on the pointing or middle finger of their dominant hand to write code in Nethen Ciclimancy. In order to write with the bulb, you would also need a Nethen Scope and the knowledge of the language of Nethen and Nethen Ciclimancy.   The bulb eminates a faint light when being used, and allows the use to write in the Nethen Ciclimancy language upon most physical structures including Valinse, glass, stone, paper, parchment, wood, and many other materials.   When writing, the language appears as glowing, almost moving runes on the material being targeted.   The bulb itself appears as a small glass bulb with a thimble end, all one piece and of the highest quality. The thimble will never have scratches on it, and they are nearly impossible to break by ordianary means. However, only a few of these devices have ever been found and at this point, none of the Displaced know what they do. The Order of Eight and the Reliquaria both contain a couple of them, and two others exist in the hands of collectors, keeping them hidden from the other two groups.   Considering no one knows the language, and even magical means have not unlocked the secrets of the language, it is doubtful that the tool will be figured out anytime in the near future.   There is the probability that many more of these devices exist throughout the world as most of the ruins left by the Nethen have yet to be explored, much less plundered of their secrets.
