Glurdiff
Glurdiff is a variation of the orc potion to cure Glurnin. It has been created by the wizards of the Order of Eight in Ironholm.
The Order hired a group of diplomats and adventurers to meet with the orcs and discuss the cure. This proved to be of little use. One of the members of the party was able to witness much of the creation of one of the potions and relayed what he found back to the Order of Eight.
The cure created by the Order is not permanent like the cure used by the orcs, and the reason why is unknown by the Order. The truth is that the orcs cast a spell on the potion making it permanent.
The Order also has realized that the fact the cure is not permanent can be beneficial as those infected will have to continuously purchase the elixer, thus creating a constant flow of income for the Order.
The cure is still being tested and the Order has not figured out how to distribute or mass produce the elixer.
The potion is made from a few different herbs, all of which are easily obtained, vinegar, and water. Several steps are used to cook and ready the ingrediants before bottling.
At the same time this is happening, the druid of Rora have also been experimenting with a concoction with the same permanent desired effects as the orcish potion. They are making progress all but slowly.
They have been preparing to give it to the Roran family when completed so that it can be given to the rest of the populace. They plan on harvesting the necessary required ingredients so it can be mass produced. Only recently have the orcs begun to speak with the druids on the topic, but will eventually give up the process and the spell that makes the potion work.
