The gem snake is a transparent worm varying in size and color, but often ranging around 30 cm or less. Some larger ones have been found in distant lands. The snakes freely wander the streets of Nethen ruins indiscrimenantly feeding off of old magics. They burrow into the walls of the ruins to make their homes.
