Humanity is lost and is searching for a place to call home. In the year 2234 an Alien species known as the Void Beings Stellaformed our Sun ending all life remaining in our Solar System. New Technology untested and dangerous seems the only option to shuttle Humanity to a new world. An intergenerational Ship is constructed to house the Species from our System, suspending all life in a Simulation. Harsh measures are taken, and the people of the simulated world of Amunarr are cast out into the Galaxy led by Godlike AI, and hope for a new life. For the people in Amunarr the simulation is reality. Peoples and Civilizations live and die under the thumb of AI that maintain and control the simulation. A seldom few ever learn the truth of their world. Those who do become makers, plotting the course of the Human species as they unknowingly slip through the void of interstellar space.
