Oscan Willans
Oscan Willans is the current caretaker, manager, and overseer of Rora Castle. Oscan is a tall hill dwarf standing a mighty 5'2" and weighing 170 pounds. His long brown beard and hair is braided and well kept, and he normally wears nice black work clothes that are always clean.
Oscan is normally down to earth and speaks his mind freely, even to the Roras. He delegates work to the six people that are part of his department, two of whom are full time maids, and the other four are handymen, janitors, and general "jack-of-all-trades".
While usually focused and more than willing to help out around the castle, Oscan also has a good sense of humor and tries to keep things light hearted with the people around him.
However Oscan is also a bit secretive, especially when it comes to his own explorations of the castle. He believes there are still a series of secret rooms somewhere in or under the castle, and deperately wants to find them. He has already found a couple of attached rooms that were used for storage, but he keeps there existence to himself.
Oscan is also a believer in the conspiracies about the people who once occupied the city. As such he thinks their treasure hoard is somewhere in the castle, and he wants part of it.
